Who is responsible
Laja Labs (the trade name of the party responsible for processing your personal data), based in Guanajuato, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide when you write to us through the contact form, by email or by phone:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you choose to share it
- Whatever information you include in your message
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data or data from minors.
What we use your data for
- Answering your inquiry or quote request
- Following up on the business relationship if you decide to work with us
- Sending you information directly related to your request
We do not use your data for mass advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Transfers
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when required to comply with a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority.
Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to know what data of yours we hold and what we use it for (Access), to request its correction (Rectification), its deletion (Cancellation) or to object to its use (Opposition). To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw consent you previously gave us, write to contacto@laja-labs.com with your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 20 business days at most.

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. We only store your language preference (Spanish or English) in your browser so we can remember it on your next visit. That data never leaves your device.
