What people usually ask us
Do I need to already have a website?
No. SalvaCitas includes your full website: services, photos, map and booking. If you already have social media, you just put your link there.
How long until I am online?
Less than a day. We create your site and you personalize it from the dashboard in a few minutes, with no technical knowledge.
How does the deposit money reach me?
Straight to you, always. With Mercado Pago the payment lands in your Mercado Pago account; with SPEI the customer transfers directly to your bank. SalvaCitas never receives or holds your money, and takes no cut of the deposits.
What if the customer does not pay the deposit?
With Mercado Pago their booking only holds the slot for a few minutes; if they do not pay, the hour is released automatically for others. With SPEI the appointment stays "awaiting deposit" and you decide: confirm it when you see the transfer, or cancel it.
Do the WhatsApp reminders come from my number?
They are sent from the platform's WhatsApp Business line, with your business name in the message. Your personal WhatsApp stays yours: the chat button on your site does go to your number.
Can my customers book over WhatsApp?
We are switching on chat booking: your customers will be able to book end to end over WhatsApp, picking service and time from a menu. Today, WhatsApp confirmations and reminders already work.
What if two customers want the same slot?
Only one gets it. The system checks availability at the exact moment of booking; the second one immediately sees that the slot is gone and picks another. You will never have two appointments on top of each other.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They book from their phone browser in under a minute: pick a service, a day and an hour, leave their name and phone, and that is it.
Can I hide my prices?
Yes, service by service. The ones you mark show up as "On request" — useful for work that varies: repairs, tattoos, treatments.
Is my data and my customers’ data safe?
Yes. Every business is completely isolated from the others, everything travels encrypted over HTTPS, and personal data is handled under Mexican law (LFPDPPP), with a privacy notice included on your site.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, there are no lock-in periods and no penalties: you cancel whenever you decide to.
